Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
Use of Apex Pay services constitutes reading, understanding, and full acceptance of these terms and conditions. All Apex Pay activities are carried out within the framework of the laws of Iran, and any request that conflicts with the country’s laws or international regulations will not be accepted.
General Terms of Service Use
- The user undertakes to fully read the terms and rules related to the selected service before placing an order.
- Placing orders and using the services is permitted only for individuals over the age of 18.
- All IRR payments must be made using a bank card and account in the user’s own name, matching the information registered on the website. The use of another person’s card or gift cards is prohibited.
- The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information entered in the order form, including email address, phone number, and payment details.
- Apex Pay reserves the right to reject a user’s order for any reason and refund the deposited amount to the card number used for payment.
Identity Verification and Required Documents
- For identity verification, the user is required to provide valid identification documents, including a national ID card or passport, bank card, and a selfie photo in accordance with the instructions.
- Failure to cooperate or delay in completing the identity verification process may result in order cancellation or delays in service delivery.
- User account information must be kept confidential, and the user is responsible for any unauthorized use of their account.
Order Processing Terms
- The user is responsible for correctly selecting the service, product, or destination website.
- Apex Pay is solely responsible for making the payment to the introduced website or service and bears no responsibility for the quality of services or products received, the internal rules of the destination website, or issues such as the user’s account being blocked.
- Payments are made only based on the daily rate announced on the website.
Refund Policy
- If an order is canceled before it is processed, the full amount will be returned to the user’s account after deducting the service fee.
- If the payment has been completed but the destination service fails to provide the service for any reason, follow-up is the user’s responsibility. Apex Pay will refund the IRR equivalent only if the amount is returned by the service provider, based on the daily rate and after deducting the service fee.
- Refund requests must be submitted no later than 30 days from the transaction date.
- After refund approval by Apex Pay, the money will be returned to the user’s account according to banking procedures and may take up to 7 business days.
Gift Card and Digital Account Purchases
- Gift cards and digital codes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after delivery.
- The user must ensure that the type and country of the gift card match their account before purchase.
- Apex Pay is not responsible for incorrect activation or unauthorized use of the code by a third party.
Responsibilities and Limitations
- Apex Pay is not responsible for technical issues or changes to the destination website’s rules after payment.
- In the event of force majeure circumstances such as banking disruptions, international issues, sanctions, or restrictions imposed by the destination service, order processing may be delayed or canceled.
- Any use of the services for illegal activities, such as betting, purchasing prohibited goods, money laundering, and similar activities, is prohibited, and the user’s account will be blocked if such activity is detected.
Changes to Terms
Apex Pay reserves the right to change or update these terms at any time, and the new version will become effective from the date of publication on the website. Acceptance of the terms and conditions constitutes acceptance of such changes.
